USAGE INSTRUCTION:

1. To avoid affecting your blood circulation, do not pull the strap too tight.
2. When using the splint for the first time, wear it for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Gradually increase the wearing time over several nights to allow your body to adapt.
3. If you experience slight soreness, it is a normal phenomenon. However, if you feel serious discomfort while using the splint, please remove it.
4. This appliance is a form of physical therapy and will not produce immediate results. For better results, it is recommended to use it for a period of 2-4 months or more.
5. Before washing, remove the aluminum bar from the top of the splint.
6. Do not machine wash, dry clean, use fabric softeners, or hand-wash in room temperature water.
