The Quick-Release Method: Our monofin is designed to securely stay on your feet but can be quickly removed in or out of the water. Step 1: Push away from the monofin with one foot, pulling the other foot out of the monofin. Step 2: Use your free foot to kick the monofin away completely. Step 3: Pull the tail below your hips and swim out. It's as easy as that!
