The Pro Star fin represents a leap into the future, building on the advancements of Cressi's deep-sea skin-diving models. It introduces high-reactivity materials into the realm of full-foot fins, maintaining a normal length while enhancing performance. Unlike traditional fins that use copolymer, the Pro Star features a blade crafted from exceptionally light and responsive polypropylene. This material is paired with a comfortable thermo-rubber elastomer, used not only for the foot pocket but also for the side stringers and various inserts.

The blade extends from the upper part of the foot pocket, offering a 20% increase in useful surface area compared to traditional fins of the same length. Side stringers run significantly along the blade, encircling its edges with a protective seal. At the blade’s end, two stabilizing flaps on the sole of the foot further enhance stability. The foot pocket is meticulously designed using computer-aided anatomical modeling, resulting in a fin that is both powerful and easy to kick with.

The Pro Star is among the most powerful full-foot fins in the Cressi lineup, alongside the Reaction Pro model, though it is distinct from those designed specifically for deep-sea skin diving. It excels in snorkeling, skin-diving, and scuba diving applications.
