The #455 Hely Weber Titan Thumb Brace/Orthosis is designed to effectively immobilize the thumb joint after an injury. It is equipped with an adjustable "pre-laced" lacing pull tab that allows for easy fastening with just one hand. The thumb stay is flexible and can be molded into various positions to accommodate different thumb shapes, while still providing sufficient rigidity for optimal thumb control. Users appreciate that the brace remains below the palmar crease, allowing full use of the fingers.

The Titan thumb brace also comes with a removable palmar and dorsal stay, which can be taken out and reshaped if necessary to achieve a more customized fit. It is available in three sizes: XS for children and small adults, universal size for the majority of adults, and XL for individuals with larger wrists. The #455 features a shorter length design, measuring approximately 8 inches.

The adjustable lacing pull tab can be fastened with just one hand. The oblique thumb stay is flexible enough to allow for the desired thumb position, while still providing excellent stability. It provides adjustable abduction control and can be easily reapplied. The palmar stay and dorsal stays (located on the top and bottom of the wrist) can be removed and reshaped as needed.

On smaller hands, the eyelets of the brace will overlap smoothly, concealing the laces. The brace remains below the palmar crease and secures the thumb while allowing for finger dexterity.

Please note that this product is universally sized and can fit most adults with a wrist circumference of 4.5-9.5 inches. It is non-returnable if trimmed or modified.
